Account information: Your full name, email address, and password credentials when you register for an account.

Identity verification data: Government-issued identification, date of birth, address, and biometric data collected through our verification partner, Veriff, as required to comply with SEC regulations and anti-money-laundering (AML) / know-your-customer (KYC) obligations.

Suitability and risk assessment data: Your responses to the SEC-mandated suitability questionnaire and risk tolerance questionnaire, including income, net worth, investment experience, and investment objectives.

Investment and transaction data: Investment requests, subscription amounts, fund selections, and account activity processed through our custodian partner, Altruist Financial LLC.

Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and interaction data collected through cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

• To process and maintain your investment transactions through Altruist Financial.

We do not sell your personal information. We share your data only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: Veriff (identity verification) and Altruist Financial LLC (custody, clearing, and investment placement) receive the information necessary to perform their respective services on your behalf.
• Fund managers: When you submit an investment request, relevant suitability and account information is shared with the applicable third-party fund sponsor to process your subscription.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or regulatory authority, or to protect our legal rights and the safety of our users.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred subject to the protections of this policy.

Under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, you have the right to opt out of certain sharing of nonpublic personal information with non-affiliated third parties for marketing purposes. We do not engage in such sharing.

We employ industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information. These measures include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls limited to authorized personnel, regular security assessments, and secure data storage with our platform providers. Identity verification records, suitability assessments, and transaction records are retained for the periods mandated by SEC and FINRA regulations, which may extend beyond the closure of your account.
